Ralph is a native Floridian, born in Frostproof, March 18, 1931. He served in the United States Navy from 1951 to 1955. He was baptized into Christ at West Hill Church of Christ, Pensacola, FL, March 1953. He married Shirley Faye Enfinger on May 8, 1953, while stationed at Pensacola. They have two grown children, Ralph Walker, Jr., and Barbara Faye Walker Crane. They moved back to Tampa in 1958 where they worshiped at MacDill Ave Church of Christ from 1958 to 1993. Ralph served as a deacon and elder at the MacDill congregation. They moved their membership to Henderson Blvd in 1993. Ralph was appointed a shepherd for the congregation in 1997 and continues to serve the church in that capacity. |

Ron and Kathleen are originally from Akron, OH. They moved to Florida in 1977. Ron became an elder with Buddy Brown and Ralph Walker, Sr., on January 25, 1998. He began preaching full time in 1975 at the church of Christ in Smithville, OH. He preached 4 ½ years in Naples, FL, and 5 ½ years in Bartow, FL, before moving to Henderson Blvd. congregation in August 1988. Kathleen has been teaching at Florida College Academy since August of 1988. Ron and Kathleen were married in June of 1971 and they have 4 children. Three of the children are married, and the family is now blessed with seven grandchildren. |

Merle and Deborah Need were married in 1978 in Indiana where Merle worked as a pharmacist. He soon went into preaching, part time then full time, with churches in Gettysburg and Lancaster, Penn. They moved to Tampa in 1989 to work with the North Street congregation then returned to full time pharmacy a year later. They have been part of the Henderson Blvd family since 1992. Merle became on of the shepherd of the Henderson Blvd family in January 2003. Deborah taught school at Florida College Academy then worked for seven years at Florida College in the Public Relations office. They have two adult children. |

Ralph Walker, Jr., began serving the Henderson Blvd family as a shepherd in January of 2003. He is husband to Paula, whose father served as a shepherd in the South Jacksonville church until his death. Ralph and Paula have 3 daughters, all three are married. All have chosen Christian men to share their lives. Ralph also serves as one of the evangelists for the church, through in a part-time capacity. He preached full-time for 19 years before moving to Florida to work as Public Relations Director at Florida College. He preached in Louisville, KY, for a year of training, 5 years in Cleveland, MS, and 13 years in Concord, NC. Paula has worked as a secretary at Florida College. |
